The Korea Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: KF) announced that, effective today, RCM Capital Management LLC (“RCM”), the investment manager to the Fund, will be merged into Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC (“AGI U.S.”). In connection with the merger, the name of the Fund’s investment manager will change from RCM to AGI U.S.
